To prepare yourself for the Loan Application Process, please have the following materials on hand for your first appointment:
- Driver's License/picture ID.
- Last two years W2 forms, (tax returns are needed for some loan types and buyers that are self-employed.)
- Last two months bank statements for all accounts including 401K, IRA and any other long term savings accounts.
- Last 30 day period of paycheck stubs.
- Social Security number.
- Evidence of child support or alimony.
The following may also be needed where applicable:
- Divorce Decree
- Bankruptcy Documents
- Credit Explanations
- Gift letters and Documentation
