Prelicensing Requirements
In Indiana you must be at least 18 years old. You are required to take a 54 hour course in Real Estate Practices and Indiana license law (generally taught as evening classes, two nights a week for 9 weeks) and pass a state exam.

Affiliating with a Real Estate Office
Indiana law requires that, after you complete the prelicensing course and pass the state exam, you affiliate with an established real estate company, like Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber for at least one year.
